If your property has community color or alteration requirements, confirm any necessary approvals before we finalize the color plan; our estimate does not replace that approval.
Inside, a change of wall color can be paired with freshly painted doors, trim or cabinets. We will discuss the condition and coating on each surface rather than assume that every part of the room needs the same preparation. If you will be away during any part of the work, raise access and communication arrangements while planning the project.

Can you stain a deck that already has a finish on it?
We need to inspect the existing coating and wood before recommending a finish. Cleaning, removal of an incompatible coating or other preparation may be needed; that work is discussed in your estimate.
Can a deck project include the railings and steps?
Yes. Mention all the surfaces you would like included when you contact us. Railings, steps and other details are assessed along with the deck boards so the scope is clear.
Can we discuss interior painting and deck work in the same estimate?
Yes. Choose Multiple services on the request form and describe both projects. Interior and outdoor work may need different scheduling because exterior coatings depend on suitable conditions.
