How we approach
your project.
Walk through your rooms
We discuss the spaces you want painted, the condition of the surfaces, your colors, and your timing. Your written estimate identifies the rooms, preparation, materials, and work included.
Protect and prepare
We protect nearby floors and surfaces, address the small imperfections included in your scope, and sand and prime where needed. Larger drywall repairs can be included in the project plan.
Apply your fresh finish
Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors are painted according to the agreed scope. Paint and materials are included, with two coats of paint where specified in your estimate.
Review the finished rooms
We tidy the work area and walk through the completed painting with you. This is the time to look over the finish and discuss any details needing attention.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED
A few helpful
answers.
Can you paint just one room?
Yes. We can estimate a single room, several spaces, or a whole-home repaint. Tell us which surfaces you want included, such as walls only or walls, ceilings, and trim.
Do you supply the paint?
Yes. We supply the paint and materials included in your written estimate, using at least mid-grade paint. We discuss color and finish choices before the work begins.
What should I move before painting?
Remove fragile items and clear shelves and small belongings from the work area. We will discuss the furniture and access arrangements for your rooms when planning the project.
